Brad Char has a diverse background in compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Brad began their career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a Senior Compensation Analyst in 1990. Brad then worked at Compuware Corporation as Manager of Compensation from 1996 to 2002. Following this, they joined Voyager Learning and held the position of VP of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from 2002 to 2008. Brad then moved on to Cooper-Standard Automotive, where they served as Director of Compensation and Benefits and later as VP of HR, Global Systems, and Processes. Most recently, they have been working at ITC Holdings Corp. as the Director of Compensation and HRIS since 2012.
Brad Char earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1990. Brad later completed their Master of Business Administration in Business at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 1996.
