Mohamed Faizal is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in server administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Server Administrator at ITC Infotech since August 2024, Mohamed previously held the position of Technical Support L2 at ConnectWise from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Windows Server Administrator Senior Engineer L2 and Technical Support Engineer L1 at Mindtree, where services were provided to Microsoft focusing on Active Directory. Additional experience as a Desktop Support Engineer was gained at Team Computers and COMNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
