Amitav M. possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in various high-level roles at ITC Limited, including Head of Corporate Human Resources and Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Amitav M. began the career as a Marketing Manager and progressed to positions such as Branch Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to the tenure at ITC Limited, Amitav M. interned at Citibank India and was involved with AIESEC Madras as an Executive Committee member. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
