Floor van der Pas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and business development, currently serving as the Sr Manager at ITDS Business Consultants since April 2022. Floor's prior role at Brunel International N.V. spanned over a decade, where various positions such as Digital Strategist & Program Manager for the Employee Journey, (Chief) Product Owner, and Manager of Online Development were held.
