Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and blockchain development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, Micha held key roles including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to various decentralized and self-sovereign finance initiatives. Micha has also served on advisory boards and technical teams for organizations such as the IIB Council and Share&Charge, emphasizing expertise in blockchain technology and strategic innovation. Academically, Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
