Andrew Rozell, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership and business development roles. Andrew started their career at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Financial Services Representative, where they supervised a team and provided phone support for escalated calls. Andrew also played a role in the Product Knowledge Team and facilitated team meetings.

Andrew then transitioned to iteach, where they held multiple roles. Andrew started as a Program Director, overseeing state operations and implementing advertising campaigns to increase program exposure and enrollment. Andrew then moved on to become the Director of Business Development, responsible for researching new market opportunities and developing strategies for market entry.

Andrew's next position at iteach was as the Vice President of Business Development, where they further expanded the company's operations in Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, and the District of Columbia. Andrew played a key role in researching market opportunities and developing market entry strategies. In their subsequent role as Executive Vice President, they focused on maximizing operating performance without sacrificing organizational value or quality of service. Andrew collaborated with stakeholders to ensure program offerings maintained relevance and competitive value positioning. Andrew also developed and implemented a strategic vision for continued growth.

Currently, Andrew serves as the President of iteach, leading the certification team in growing core markets and expanding services to new markets. Andrew analyzes potential acquisition targets that would enhance service and value for the company.

Andrew Rozell, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Andrew holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas from 2011 to 2013. Andrew'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, achieved from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Andrew has obtained several certifications, including a Texas Teacher Standard Certificate from the Texas Education Agency in 2007, and a Six Sigma Certification, Green Belt from ASQ in the same year.
