Pål Henning Kristiansen

Pål Henning Kristiansen has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Driftsleder and Sr. forretningsutvikler at iteam since January 2023. Previously, Pål held various roles including Forretningsutvikler at Serit Hålogaland from November 2020 to November 2022, and Account Manager Software at AKVA group ASA from May 2020 to October 2020. Pål has also worked as an Account Manager at Atea Norge, and as Leder for digitalisering og IKT at Vesterålskraft AS from April 2018 to September 2019. An IT-manager at Nordlaks for over a decade, Pål oversaw the IT department, and earlier, held similar leadership responsibilities as IT-manager for Øksnes Kommune, managing all ICT solutions for the municipality. Pål's career also includes roles as an IT-consultant at Kojro AS and Telenor, as well as a self-employed consultant providing comprehensive IT services.
