Ekaterina Khadikova

Principal Process Engineer at ITEC

Ekaterina Khadikova is a seasoned professional in the field of physics and engineering, currently serving as a Principal Process Engineer at ITEC since November 2022. Previously, Ekaterina was an R&D Scientist at HyET Solar B.V. from May 2019 to May 2021, focusing on reliability studies of thin-film flexible solar modules and process improvements in production machinery. Prior experience includes roles as a researcher at Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials, where research involved heat propagation in magnetic materials, and a Marie-Curie Fellow researcher analyzing optical condensed matter. Additionally, Ekaterina contributed as an R&D engineer at Gipronickel Institute and as a researcher at Fock Institute of Physics in gas-phase photoprocesses. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Physics from St. Petersburg State University, complemented by participation in a student exchange program at Umea University in Sweden.
