Arif then moved to Indiamart Intermesh Ltd in 2003 as an Assistant Manager, where they orchestrated marketing plans for IndiaMART.com. Arif joined eIndiaBusiness.com in 2007 as a Manager - Customer, responsible for crafting marketing strategies and acquiring new accounts. In 2008, they joined Times Of India group as an Area Sales Manager, managing area-level sales for the business portal of indiatimes.com. In 2010, Arif became a Branch Manager at Indiamart Intermesh Ltd, where they gained experience in online business promotion and services. Arif continued in a similar role at Voivo Infotech Pvt Ltd in 2013 as a Regional Sales Manager, focused on managing regional-level sales and implementing marketing strategies. Arif then joined Tradeindia.com - Infocom Network Ltd in 2014 as a Branch Manager, responsible for managing the branch. Arif later worked as a Regional Sales Manager at TradeKey IGT in 2016.
