Eric K.

Eric K. has extensive work experience in marketing and operations roles. Eric is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Itential since 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Marketing Operations at CipherHealth from 2018 to 2021, where they managed the marketing team's operations, handled the marketing department's budget, and implemented various marketing technologies. Prior to that, Eric worked as the Director of Marketing Technology at Shutterstock in 2018, where they developed a MarTech Road Map and improved marketing analytics capabilities.

From 2015 to 2018, Eric worked at Arbor Realty Trust as the Vice President of Marketing Technology and later as the Head of Product Marketing. Eric was responsible for implementing marketing technology solutions and managing marketing operations. In 2015, Eric was the Head of Marketing at Delta Children, overseeing branding and e-commerce efforts for the world's largest juvenile furniture manufacturer.

Before that, Eric worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Haymarket Media Group from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on digital marketing for medical brands. At RealPage, Inc., from 2009 to 2013, they served as a Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing various operational aspects of marketing initiatives. Eric's early career includes a role as an Operations Coordinator at Seniors For Living from 2007 to 2009, where they managed community profiles, handled accounts receivable/payable, and explored potential new clients.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in marketing technology, operations management, budget management, and team leadership.

Eric K. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Investments from Long Island University, which they attended from 2005 to 2007. Eric continued their education at Baruch College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and as an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile, both in 2017.
