Erika Sánchez Sandoval

Erika Sánchez Sandoval has a diverse work experience, spanning different roles and responsibilities. Erika began their career at DAGA SA, where they worked as an Account Executive and Manager of the sales point for QUEST and DAGA COLINA. Erika'stasks included attending customer calls and visits, providing business consultation on telecommunications products, and generating leads through cold calls and mailing.

After that, Erika joined ESRI COLOMBIA as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. Erika'srole involved being the first point of contact for customers' technical requirements related to ArcGIS software and Trimble GPS. Erika managed customer orders, created and followed up on order tickets, and handled the complete sales process. Erika also created and managed technical support cases.

In 2019, Erika became an Account Executive at AMIGOCLOUD INC, a GIS technology startup based in the US. Erika'sresponsibilities included developing new business through cold calls, mailing, and social media, as well as lead generation, prospecting, and identifying sales opportunities. Erika also played a crucial role in positioning the Amigo Cloud brand in Colombia as a software with SaaS mode.

From 2020 to 2021, Erika worked as a Commercial Manager at SISTELECOM SAS. Erika performed administrative and sales tasks, such as developing new business through various channels, achieving successful sales in hardware and software, and creating partner programs.

In 2021, Erika joined SUBA MAYOR´S OFFICE as a TIC Engineer. Erika served as a leader in administrative and operative tasks, including database management, data standardization, designing and uploading Power BI dashboards, and supervising technology contracts.

Most recently, Erika is working at Itera Process Consulting as an Account Manager Jr. Erika joined the company in 2023, and their responsibilities in this role have not been specified yet.

Erika Sánchez Sandoval began their education in 2003 at Fundación de Educación Superior San José, where they pursued a Technician degree in Electronic Engineering. Erika completed their studies in 2005. Erika then went on to attend Universidad ECCI, where they pursued a degree in Technology - Industrial Electronics from 2013 to 2016. Erika continued their education at the same institution and obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering from 2016 to 2017. Lastly, Erika pursued a Specialization in Maintenance Management at Universidad ECCI from 2017 to 2018.
