Anna Synytsia

Anna Synytsia has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Anna currently works at Itera as a Quality Assurance Engineer, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Petcube from November 2019 to May 2021 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they gained experience using various technical tools such as Jira, Confluence, Cucumber.io, and more. Anna also worked at Jupser as a Quality Assurance Engineer from February 2019 to October 2019.

Before focusing on quality assurance, Anna held roles at Petcube and Publix Super Markets. At Petcube, they were a Social Media Supervisor/Senior Support Engineer from August 2018 to December 2018, and a Senior Customer Support Engineer from May 2016 to August 2018. In these positions, they handled technical support for customers, reported bugs and errors, and provided troubleshooting assistance.

Earlier in their career, Anna gained customer service experience as a Front Service Clerk at Publix Super Markets in July 2014, where they were responsible for greeting customers, consulting them about products, and assisting with packing groceries.

Anna Synytsia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Kyiv national university of trade and economics (KNUTE) between the years 2012 and 2016. Anna then pursued further education, completing a Master's degree in Public Management from the same university from 2016 to 2018.
