Anne Nyseter Perez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Anne Nyseter started their career as a Teamleader CRM at Paintbox/talk2me, where they oversaw call center activities and managed a team of 14 sales representatives. Anne Nyseter later worked as a Recruitment Manager at Centerpoint before moving on to Finn Solvang as a Project Coordinator for signage and decor.

Anne then transitioned into the printing industry, working as a Project Manager for digital printing at AIT Oslo AS. Anne Nyseter later joined Bisnode Norge as a CRM Project Manager, where they specialized in customer relationship management and 1:1 communication.

In 2010, they joined Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, starting as a Project Advisor for communication and IT projects. Anne Nyseter worked closely with cross-functional teams and managed projects from ideation to execution. Anne Nyseter then moved on to Tenk Byrå as a Senior Project Manager at a leading advertising agency, where they executed digital projects for various clients and managed marketing and production activities.

Returning to Itera, Anne held several positions, including Head of Managed Cloud Services (interim leader), Team leader Application Lifecycle Management, Manager Servicedesk, and Head of Customer Success. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, they served as a Board Observer and a Board Member during their tenure at Itera.

Outside of Itera, Anne served as a Mediator at Asker og Bærum Tingrett and held the role of Verneombud at Itera.
