Oksana Shkil

Oksana Shkil has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Oksana most recently worked at Itera as a Business Controller starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Creatio as the Head of Sales Operations in 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Oksana worked at Microsoft, where they held roles in Compliance and Finance. Before that, they held various positions at 3M, including Strategic Controller, Strategic Business Controller, and Senior BA. Oksana also worked briefly at Polpharma as a Center of Excellence Controller. Oksana started their career at JTI as a Budget Analyst and worked at Farlep-Invest as a Lead Economist.

Oksana Shkil's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Kyiv National Economics University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Oksana also pursued a Major in Finance from the same university and completed it from 2007 to 2008. In terms of certifications, they obtained a certification in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online in December 2022. Oksana also holds certifications in Agile Requirements Foundations and Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn, which were obtained in October 2021.
