Sandra Nilsen

Sandra Nilsen has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sandra started their career in 2012 as a Driftskonsulent at TINE SA, where they worked until December 2013. In 2014, they joined the Universitetet i Oslo, initially as a Førstelinje support from January 2014 to July 2016, and later as a Prosjektleder from August 2016 to March 2019.

In 2015, Sandra worked as a Studentassistent at Institutt for Informatikk from August to December. Since April 2019, Sandra has been associated with Itera, where they began as a Consultant and worked until October 2020. Sandra then transitioned to the role of a Senior Consultant and eventually became a Team Lead Technology from August 2023 onwards.

Sandra Nilsen completed their education in a chronological order. In 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Informatikk: Programmering og Nettverk from the University of Oslo (UiO). Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree in Informasjonsteknologi from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2010 and 2013. In 2009 to 2010, Sandra pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sykepleie at Oslo and Akershus University College.

Additionally, Sandra Nilsen has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In March 2023, they obtained the Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification from Stretchgruppen NO. In September 2022, Sandra earned the Prince2 Agile Foundation certification from PeopleCert. In March 2021, they completed the Scrum Product Owner certification awarded by Scrum Alliance. In September 2020, Sandra achieved the AWA Agile Team Coach certification from Adventures with Agile. Sandra also obtained the AWA Agile Team Facilitator certification from the same institution in March 2020. In June 2019, they gained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in March 2015, Sandra received the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT.
