Shawn Skillman

Shawn Skillman is a seasoned data engineering leader with extensive experience in building and managing data teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Engineering at Iterable, Shawn focuses on enhancing the stability and scalability of the data platform to meet the business needs. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Engineering Manager at Automox, overseeing a team responsible for rapid feature deployment and project delivery. With a notable tenure at Red Hat, Shawn managed a team of data engineers to develop cloud-native data pipelines and integrated platforms. Earlier experience includes significant roles at SAS, where Shawn led marketing analytics and data management initiatives, and at IBM and PwC as a Data Warehousing Consultant and Data Warehouse Architect, respectively. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University.
