Niharika Shukla

Niharika Shukla is a legal at Iterate.ai. Prior to joining Iterate.ai, Niharika worked at Rajani Associates as an Associate focused on corporate and foreign exchange laws as well as private equity investments and joint venture transactions. Niharika also has experience in real estate transactions. Before Rajani Associates, Niharika worked at REMMA Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd as a Manager of Legal and Business Affairs where they were responsible for real estate transaction documentation and commercial contracts, among other things. Additionally, Niharika has experience in business affairs, including preparing business plans, developing brand strategy, and generating new development deals.

Niharika Shukla has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Human Rights from the University of Mumbai, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Jitendra Chauhan College Of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Mithibai - Mumbai University. Niharika also has an SSC from GD Somani/ St Annes High School.
