Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan C. serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Iterative Health since February 2023, following an extensive legal career that includes senior roles in multiple companies. Jonathan C. is a Charter Member of TechGC and DeputyGC, independent communities for General Counsels. Previously held positions include Senior Director at Calm, overseeing global legal aspects related to litigation, IP, and compliance, as well as leading legal functions at Via during a period of significant growth. Jonathan C.'s legal experience includes roles as Assistant United States Attorney with the Department of Justice and a Law Clerk for a U.S. District Judge. Educational credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MS in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
