Gustavo Martins de Melo

Gustavo Martins de Melo has a strong background in customer success and IT infrastructure, currently serving in the role of Customer Success at Iteris Consultoria e Software since December 2021. Previously, Gustavo worked as an Analista de infraestrutura at W.O NETWORK LTDA EPP from February 2012 to November 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing, planning, and configuring computer networks and IT infrastructure systems, as well as managing internal ticketing systems to ensure prompt resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Gustavo holds a degree in Information Security and Information Technology from Universidade Paulista, completed between 2019 and 2022.
