Whitney began their career in 2004 at Community Care as a Medical Receptionist, where they provided excellent customer service and handled medical coding and accounts receivable. In 2010, they moved to Melaleuca:The Wellness Company and held various positions, including Internal Auditor, Customer Care Operations Manager, and Digital Product Manager. In these roles, they conducted operational audits, implemented cost-saving measures, managed cross-functional tasks, and drove the development of new applications and features. Since 2016, Whitney has been working at Iteris, Inc. as a Senior Manager and currently as the Director of Product Management. In their current role, they oversee product management teams that develop technology for transportation departments and motor carrier enforcement agencies across the US. Whitney has managed products related to information exchange, data entry, and transactional communication for motor carriers.
