Jacalyn Macy Hallford

Jacalyn Macy Hallford serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the Food Ingredient and Health Research Institute since September 2014, contributing to food ingredient safety, education, and research as the organization’s only federally recognized non-profit in the United States. Additionally, Jacalyn has been a Business Consultant for National Accounts at ITEX since August 2016, focusing on new business development in the hospitality sector. In a leadership capacity at Genesis International since September 1990, Jacalyn holds the position of Vice President overseeing investment and real estate ventures. Previously, Jacalyn was the Executive Vice Chairperson and President of BPO Certification Institute, where a robust career in outsourcing and e-commerce was developed. Other notable roles include President of The Remington Group and Director of International Reciprocity at IRTA, where efforts were made to uphold ethical standards in reciprocal trade. Furthermore, experience includes serving as National Marketing Director for ITEX (BXI), establishing marketing strategies and event planning on both national and international scales.
