Tamara Bauermann

Tamara Bauermann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tamara started their career as a Trainee Administrative Assistant at Automann from February 2005 to March 2008. Tamara then joined Ágape as an Administrative Assistant from February 2010 to September 2013.

Tamara then moved on to Automann again, this time as an Administrative Manager, where they were responsible for administration, HR supervision, and financial planning from October 2013 to October 2017.

In 2018, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Decisões e Soluções Portugal from February 2018 to June 2019.

Tamara then joined Katoen Natie in December 2021 as a Supply Chain Trainee, where they developed leadership skills and supported the Team Leader. Tamara was later promoted to Team Leader Outbound from February 2022 to June 2022.

Currently, Tamara is working at Apryse as a Finance Administrator, where they are responsible for processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the company's financial movements across several international offices. Tamara collaborates with the Senior Accountant and Financial Manager to achieve better financial results.

Tamara Bauermann completed their Bachelor's in Business Administration from Unipar - Universidade Paranaense in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Economics and Management from Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná. Tamara later enrolled at Universidade do Minho from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Monetary, Banking, and Financial Economics. Tamara's field of study throughout their education history has primarily been in business and economics.
