Tomasz Rados is a seasoned financial officer currently working at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz held the position of Financial Correspondent/Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. In addition to professional roles, Tomasz served as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Tomasz's career includes significant experience with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, as well as various positions within the European Commission and the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned in 2003.
