Sabina Verma

Sabina Verma has a diverse range of work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sabina is currently working as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at ITG Brands. Prior to this, they held roles at Visa, where they served as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager and later as the Diversity and Inclusion Data Analyst in the Human Resources department.

Before their time at Visa, Sabina worked at Nazarbayev University, where they held various positions, including Manager and Consultant. As a Manager, they were responsible for HR generalist and recruitment duties, including employment contracts, employee orientation, and staffing plans. Sabina also managed the international and local recruitment processes for faculty, management, and staff positions in multiple schools within the University.

Lastly, they have a BSc degree in Social Sciences from the University of Warwick, obtained in 2006 and 2007.
