Zachary Lind has extensive experience in education and technology roles. Zachary started their career as a Technological Education Teacher at South Royalton School in 2005 before moving on to various Social Studies teaching positions. Zachary also served as a Co-Athletic Director at New Roots Charter School, where they founded the Athletic Program. In 2013, they transitioned to instructional technology roles at Southern Cayuga Central School District and Central New York Regional Information Center (CNYRIC). In 2016, Zachary became the Chief Information Officer at Ithaca City Schools, where they oversaw a 20-person technology department and managed technology operations for over 6000 end users. Zachary'sresponsibilities included instructional technology purchasing, professional development, and innovative teaching practice support.
Zachary Lind holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Communications from Alfred University (2001-2005), a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Globalization Studies from Dartmouth College (2007-2009), and a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Canisius University (2012-2015). Zachary also obtained certifications in Goguardian Admin, Google Certified Educator Level 1, Level 4: Clever Champion, School Building Leader, and School District Leader.
