Ben Carver

Ben Carver currently serves as the Director of Manufactured Housing at Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., a position held since August 2022. In addition, Ben has been the Deputy Mayor of the Village of Trumansburg since October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Student at Cornell University's Institute for Public Affairs from August 2020 to September 2022 and operating Carver Tree Care as Lead Arborist and Owner from January 2010 to September 2022. Ben previously worked as a Crew Leader and Arborist at S&S Tree Service from April 2011 to November 2017. Ben holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Binghamton University. Additional education includes attendance at Tompkins Cortland Community College from 2005 to 2006.
