Benjamin Sturgell

Benjamin Sturgell currently serves as General Counsel at iTHINK Financial since July 2023. Previously, Sturgell held the position of Division Counsel at Newell Brands from May 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included providing legal guidance to various divisions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams on compliance matters. Sturgell also served as Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University since January 2015, and has held various legal roles at Kaplan, Signature Healthcare, Iconix Brand Group, and Pioneer Investments. Sturgell earned a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Gordon College in 2003.
