Paul Greenland

Paul Greenland is an experienced Operations Training Analyst, currently working at ITility, LLC since May 2022, where responsibilities include interfacing with Host Aviation Resource Management personnel and evaluating grade books according to Air Force Instructions. Prior to this role, Paul served in the same capacity at Decypher from August 2020 to May 2022. Paul's earlier experience includes a Warehouse Team Leader position at DHL Supply Chain, where Paul managed inmates in a warehouse environment and ensured operational KPIs were met. Paul also has an extensive background in the United States Air Force, holding various roles such as Resource Adviser, Maintenance Supervisor, Weapons Standardization Team Chief, and F-15E Weapons Load Crew Chief, demonstrating leadership and expertise in resource management and maintenance operations. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed from 2019 to 2022.
