Joy Tellec has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and sourcing. Joy started their career as an IT Recruiter at Gather HR in 2019, where they specialized in selecting and recruiting IT professionals for both local and global companies. Their expertise included various IT profiles such as Java, Front End, JavaScript, .Net, QA, PHP, Python, UI/UX, Android, iOS, Full Stack, DevOps, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, and Project Manager.

In 2022, Joy joined R2 as a Sourcer Analyst, responsible for sourcing and analyzing candidates. Joy later transitioned to the role of Sourcer Analyst R2. After leaving R2, they returned to Gather HR in 2022 as an IT Recruiter, but this time as a Freelance employee.

Joy's most recent work experience is with ITJuana, where they joined in 2023 as a Recruiting Sourcer.
