Prof.rss Mani

Prof. RSS Mani, D.Litt, serves as a core member of the founding team at ITM Group of Institutions since September 1991, leading initiatives in faculty development, MBA curriculum review, career planning, and corporate relations. Recognized as an institution builder and innovative management thinker, Prof. Mani also holds the position of WISE President for Institutional Development, focusing on brand building, new campus development, and collaboration. Previous roles include founding trustee at Higher Education Forum, promoter and CEO of R S S Mani & Associates, advisor for HRD and OD at the Institute for Technology & Management, and faculty member at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Prof. Mani's educational background includes an MBA from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and currently pursuing a doctorate at ITM University, Raipur, specializing in Human Resources Management.
