James MacLeod

James MacLeod is a Cloud Engineer Consultant at Thoughtworks since January 2024, continuing to work with the Itoc division. Previously, as a Cloud Engineer at Itoc, responsibilities included managing client AWS environments and ensuring operational performance and security. James held multiple roles at Xero from October 2019 to April 2023, including Operations Lead - Developer Relations, focused on streamlining processes, and Marketing Business Systems Analyst, where support was provided for various SaaS platforms. Prior experience includes key positions in the Australian Air Force Cadets as an Instructor and National Web Coordinator, as well as various technical roles in web development and support across several companies. James graduated with a Diploma of Audio Engineering and Sound Production from JMC Academy.
