Carina Yao

Carina Yao has over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Currently, Carina serves as a Senior Manager in Divisional Accounting and Financial Risk Management at ITOCHU International Inc., a position held since June 2012. Prior roles at ITOCHU include Manager and Assistant Manager in Financial Controls. Prior to joining ITOCHU, Carina worked at Ernst & Young from August 2005 to June 2012, where roles included Manager and Senior in Advisory Services, as well as Staff in Business Risk Services, Tax, and Audit. Carina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and completed education at Nanjing Foreign Language School from 1994 to 2000.
