Craig Medland

Craig Medland has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1992. Craig began their career at the Institute for Learning, Bank of Montreal as a Production Manager. In 1997, they joined ExtendMedia Inc. as a Development Director and Project Manager & Manager of Engineering Services. In 2003, they moved to NeoEdge Networks Inc. as a Game Factory Manager and Program Manager. In 2009, they joined Intelliware Development Inc. as a Director of Solution Delivery. In 2012, they became Director of Customer Success at SOLV Virtual Desktops. In 2018, they joined Clickback Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and CSM Team Lead and Director of Software Development. Since 2019, they have been with itopia as Director of Sales Operations and Director of Customer Success.

Craig Medland attended the University of Waterloo from 1984 to 1993 and obtained a Co-op Arts degree in Sociology.
