José Luis Díaz Manrique

José Luis Díaz Manrique has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. José Luis currently holds the position of Global Head of Quality at ITP Aero, where they are responsible for quality management and continuous improvement. Prior to this, they worked as a Professor of Lean Manufacturing at Burgos University and as an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain at Deusto Business School and IE Business School.

Early in their career, José Luis worked in different positions at Grupo Antolin, including Quality Director of the Seats & Metal Business Unit and Corporate Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Operations Director. José Luis also held roles as a Plant Managing Director and Corporate Director for TQM Strategy and Continuous Improvement Operations.

Before joining Grupo Antolin, they were a Partner and Managing Director at Qes Consulting, and a Quality Manager at companies such as Amaya Arzuaga, Erkyme, Sademi, and Akzo Nobel Coatings. José Luis has a strong background in quality management, continuous improvement, and operations.

José Luis Díaz Manrique holds a B.S. in Chemistry, specializing in Analytical and Engineering Chemistry from the Universidad de Burgos. José Luis also completed a Senior Management Program at the IE Business School. José has received certifications in Lean - 6 Sigma, Quality Management, and OH&S, including being a Master Black Belt in Lean 6 Sigma, an EFQM assessor, and a Quality Auditor with the European Organization for Quality. José Luis is also a certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching School.
