Jose María Martínez González

Jose María Martínez González has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Jose María started their career at ITP - Industria de Turbo Propulsores in 2006, where they worked as a Safety and Reliability Engineer until 2011. Then, they joined Rolls-Royce in 2011 and held various roles, including Fleet Life Cycle Cost reduction team leader and IPT Leader for Cost Reduction. In 2013, Martínez González returned to ITP Aero, where they held multiple roles, including Chief of Product Support and Chief Service Engineer. Currently, they are appointed as the Head of Engineering - MRO&Assembly Operational Unit at ITP Aero.

Jose María Martínez González has a diverse educational background. Jose María started their education at the University of León, where they obtained a degree in Aeronautical Technical Engineering in 2006. Following this, they pursued a Licence pro Maintenance aéronautique at the University of Bordeaux in 2005-2006. Later, they joined the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Industrial Management. In the same year, they also obtained a Grado en Ingeniería from the Universidad de León, with a field of study focused on Aerospace Engineering.
