Magdalena Dyga

Magdalena Dyga serves as the Ethics and Compliance Manager for ITP Aero since August 2021 and holds a leadership position as Laboratory Team Leader. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Laboratory Technologist at Rolls-Royce from July 2017 to August 2021, where technical leadership in TIG manual and automated processes and support for EBW and Chemical Processing were key responsibilities. Earlier experience from September 2014 to June 2017 as a Specialist Science Apprentice at Rolls-Royce plc involved working in materials laboratories, specializing in failure investigation and metallurgical preparation. Magdalena Dyga holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Materials Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2020, and a Foundation degree in Materials Engineering from the same institution, attained in 2018.
