Marat Safir is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Principal & Founder of TMG Real Estate Advisors since June 2015, where the focus is on global consultancy for office and industrial real estate occupiers. As Co-Founder and CEO of Statera, established in June 2023, Marat leads an innovative digital leasing platform aimed at enhancing negotiations for industrial real estate teams. In addition, Marat has been the Principal & Founder of s3 Construction since January 2019 and serves as the Vice Chairman on the board of ITRA Global, contributing to this prominent organization that exclusively represents corporate tenants in major markets worldwide. Previous roles include President of Taurus Realty Partners, which specialized in industrial real estate needs, and various positions at Equis Corporation and The Spiro Group focusing on tenant representation. Marat's academic background includes a degree from Loyola University Chicago, complemented by early education at Niles North.
