Sergei Gertsmanovich

Sergei Gertsmanovich is an experienced Delivery Manager and Head of Department at ITRex Group, where responsibilities include attracting and retaining employees, fostering motivation, and aligning individual goals with company culture since April 2012. Prior to this role, Sergei served as a Senior Java Developer and Head of the Java Department, as well as a Project Manager, Software Engineer, and Database Administrator at "The Main Economic Office" of the Administrative Affairs Office of the President of Belarus from October 2006 to April 2012. Sergei holds a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and has completed management programs focused on departmental leadership and business communications at Stratoplan Management School.
