Caroline Strzalka has a long history of work experience. In 2004, they worked as a Strategy Executive Intern at Christie's and a Strategy Consultant at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Caroline then worked as a Strategy Consultant at the National Geographic Channel in 2004. In 2005, they founded Intellitoys. From 2006 to 2012, they held various positions at Sesame Workshop, including Manager of Retail Strategy and Business Development and Director of Business Development, Worldwide Media Distribution. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Vice President of Digital Content Sales and Global Development at Scholastic. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Executive Vice President of Partnerships at Sandbox & Co. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Overplay, a revolutionary venture-backed startup that empowers users to create, share, and play casual mobile games. Additionally, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of It's By U from 2016 to 2020, a company that works to end flower waste through farm-direct floral subscriptions. Caroline also served as the Chair of the Term Member Advisory Committee at the Council on Foreign Relations from 2015 to 2020.
Caroline Strzalka began their education in 1992 at Nazareth Academy High School, where they graduated in 1996. Caroline then attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a BA in Economics and International Relations in 2000. In 2003, they completed their MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
