Andrei Ramaniuk has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrei started their career as a Software Engineer at Belorussian State Economical University in 2002 and then worked as a Senior Software Developer at Applied Systems from 2004 to 2007. Andrei then joined ScienceSoft Inc. as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2008.
In 2008, Andrei founded their own company, Flemart Systems Inc., where they served as the CEO until 2012. During this time, they gained valuable experience and expertise in technology, business, economy, and management.
Afterward, Andrei joined ITS Partner as the CTO in 2013, where they supervised and built the development process in the company. In 2013, they also took on the role of a Senior Software Engineer at NETGEAR. Andrei later became the Sr. Product Engineering Manager at NETGEAR from 2016 to 2018.
Currently, Andrei is working at ITS Partner as the Director of Software Engineering since June 2018. Recently, they have been appointed as the Chief Innovation Officer at ITS Partner starting in September 2021. In this role, Andrei is responsible for driving innovation within the company.
Throughout their career, Andrei has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams, ensure high standards of software development quality, and effectively communicate, problem solve, and negotiate. Andrei is driven, responsible, and dedicated to personal and professional growth.
Andrei Ramaniuk began their education at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from 1997 to 2002. Andrei furthered their studies at the Belarusian State University, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from 2008 to 2010. Recently, in 2017 and 2018, Andrei attended Stanford University for continuing studies programs focused on business development and innovations.
