Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Erik started their career as an intern at ITS Partners, where they assisted senior engineers with C# and Powershell scripting. Erik then worked as an Associate Engineer before becoming a full-time Engineer, where they worked on customer engagements involving ASP .NET web apps, SCCM software packaging, and ServiceNow system integrations. Erik later transitioned into a role as a Junior Developer before being promoted to Senior Developer at ITS Partners. In this role, they designed and architected IT automation, led integration efforts on projects, built custom tools to streamline development processes, and provided guidance to junior developers on the team. Most recently, Erik serves as the Lead Developer at ITS Partners. Additionally, Erik had a brief internship as a Mobile Application Developer at Our Daily Bread Ministries and worked as a Data Integrity Specialist and Groundskeeper at Cornerstone University.

Erik Anderson attended Cornerstone University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Computer Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Erik has also obtained several certifications. In September 2017, they became a Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow. In August 2017, they obtained the ITIL 2011 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT. In June 2019, Erik became a Certified Application Developer from ServiceNow, and in February 2020, they obtained the Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery certification from ServiceNow.
