Venu Sangani is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, event management, and technology consulting. As the M&A Chair for ITServe Alliance, Venu conducted the organization's first M&A boot camp and established an M&A platform for member matchmaking. Venu also oversees the ITServe Synergy Conference, achieving a 25% cost reduction while guiding all event logistics. As the Founder & CEO of Spruce InfoTech and President & CEO of Aavalar Consulting, Venu leads teams in providing strategic IT solutions and staffing services to prominent clients. Additional roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer for InfoTech Resources, Inc. and President & CEO for Spruce Health Pro. Venu’s career began with leadership positions at multiple technology firms, coupled with advanced education from The Wharton School and Villanova University.
