Kathi Pletzke

Kathi Pletzke has over 35 years of experience in the field of technology and government efficiency. Kathi started their career as a MIS Director for the City of Fort Myers in 1984 and held the position until 1997. Following that, they worked as an IT Director for the Town of Longboat Key for nearly two decades, from 1997 to 2015. In 2015, Kathi was appointed as the Director of Transparency Technology for Advanced Processing & Imaging, Inc., where they led their Government Transparency offering until their position was eliminated in a restructure in 2016. Kathi then became self-employed as a Government Innovation Consultant, specializing in creating niche applications for government processes. From 2016 to 2021, Kathi served as the Director of North American Operations for EPR USA, an international software company, before transitioning out of the role.

Kathi Pletzke holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Delta College, which they obtained in 1982. Kathi also pursued further education at the Florida State University - John Scott Dailey Institute of Government and completed the Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) program.
