Sandra R. Hughes

Sandra R. (Sandy) Hughes, PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and leader with over 35 years of experience in systems transformation and leadership, including a notable tenure at Procter & Gamble. Currently serving as the EMERGE Academy Executive Coach at ITSMF and as a member of the Board of Directors for Social Venture Partners International, Hughes actively supports community improvement through various philanthropic efforts. As CEO of Sandra Hughes Strategies, LTD, Hughes partners with purpose-driven individuals and organizations to enhance business and leadership development. Additional roles include Certified Coach at Flywheel Social Enterprise Hub and investor member at Queen City Angels. Hughes holds a BS in Systems Analysis and Business Administration from Miami University and is a graduate of Coach University’s advanced corporate coaching program.
