Duncan Ma is a seasoned Sr Technical Manager and Solution Architect at ITSP Inc. since June 2011, specializing in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 for both public and private sectors, and spearheading enterprise data and application architecture initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant, Architect, and Project Lead at Sierra Systems/RIS from April 2005 to July 2010, focusing on .NET application development and SAP integration, and as an Application Developer at Dow Chemical from 1999 to 2003. Duncan holds a Ph.D. in Materials Sciences & Engineering from McMaster University and a combined M.Eng and B.Eng in Metallurgical Engineering from Northeastern University (CN).
