Héctor Muñoz Pérez

Héctor Muñoz Pérez has a diverse range of work experience. Héctor started their career as a Programador de sistemas at FONDO DE DESARROLLO ECONOMICO (FONDECO-DF / NAFIN) in 1993, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining an internal credit portfolio control system. Héctor also provided technical support to various departments within the company.

In 2006, Héctor joined Temenos as a Technical Consultant. In this role, they implemented TEMENOS FINANCIAL REPORTING (Regulatory Reports) applications for both national and international projects. Héctor was also involved in the implementation of Core Banking T24 and provided support for client requirements in production.

From 2015 to 2020, Héctor served as a Senior Business Consultant at Temenos. Héctor was responsible for implementing TEMENOS ANALYTICS (Business Intelligence) applications for international projects. Héctor worked on both on-premise and cloud environments and played a key role in defining project plans for BI implementation.

Most recently, Héctor joined ITSS in 2020 as a Senior T24 Analytics. Here, their main responsibilities include implementing TEMENOS Analytics - Business Intelligence for the National Bank of Virgin Islands. Héctor is involved in data extraction, processing, and deployment.

Overall, Héctor Muñoz Pérez has extensive experience in system development, implementation of specialized banking applications, and project management in the domain of business intelligence and analytics.

Héctor Muñoz Pérez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from the Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato. This education was pursued from 2011 to 2014.
