Andrea Reinhardt

Andrea Reinhardt currently serves as the Executive Director and HR Business Partner for EMEA at ITT Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Director HR EMEA at Siegwerk from April 2022 to October 2022 and was the Head of Human Resources/Global HR Director at thyssenkrupp from April 2018 to March 2022, overseeing HR responsibilities for approximately 4,500 employees in the Damper business unit. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director Germany at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation from June 2008 to March 2018, where responsibilities included labor relations for 12 locations in Germany, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager addressing personnel issues across two sites. Andrea began a career in HR at Ford-Werke GmbH from 1998 to 2008, progressing through various HR functions. Educational background includes a Diplom in Regionalwissenschaften Lateinamerika from the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau and the University of Cologne.
