Tricia Hayes

Tricia Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and program governance. Currently serving as Manager of IT Governance, Strategy, and Program Management at ITT Inc. since January 2022, Tricia provides mentorship to program managers and oversees program delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Tricia held various leadership positions at Cayuga Medical Associates, PC, including Director of Operations where oversight was provided for practice operations across nine locations, managing a significant operating budget and integrating new practices. Tricia has also worked in supply chain management, having held roles at BASF and Cosmetic Essence Innovations, where competencies included inventory control and vendor relations. With a diverse background in healthcare, logistics, and project management, Tricia is known for driving process improvements and fostering team engagement.
