Malene Holm Smed

Malene Holm Smed has a diverse work experience in facility management and account management. Malene most recently worked as the Head of Facility Management at IT-Universitetet i København since April 2017. Prior to that, they went on maternity leave from March 2016 to March 2017. Before their maternity leave, they were an Account Director at ISS Facility Services A/S from June 2015 to February 2016. From November 2014 to May 2015, they worked as an Account Executive at ISS Facility Services. Malene also has extensive experience at ISS Facility Services A/S, where they held various roles including Account Executive for A. P. Møller Maersk from May 2013 to October 2014, Facility Management Executive from April 2011 to April 2013, Contract Manager for Facility Management from January 2009 to April 2011, Facility Service Manager from December 2007 to December 2008, and Client Manager from October 2006 to December 2007.

Malene Holm Smed holds a BSc. of Honours degree in Business Studies with Marketing Management from The University of Salford. Malene also has a Cand. merc. int degree in International Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School, which they earned between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained an HD degree in Organisation og Ledelse from Copenhagen Business School, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
