Laura Wootton

Laura Wootton is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Communications (Commercial) at ITV since May 2016, Laura leads PR management across various strategic areas, including financial, technology, and digital communications. Previously, Laura held roles such as Head of Press at Freeview, where oversight included the launch of Freeview Play, and Head of Communications at UTV Media, playing a pivotal role in talkSPORT's growth. Earlier career stages include positions at ITV as Publicity Manager and Sport Publicist, as well as an Account Executive role at Lexis PR. Laura holds a B.A. in English Literature from Cardiff University.
